After fighting a long battle against a Parbhani based sugar factory, a poor fisherman finally got relief from National Green Tribunal (NGT). NGT recently directed the sugar factory to pay Rs5 lakh as environment restitution costs to the district collector for causing pollution and supporting activities against the environment at the Mazalgaon Right Canal, Mannath Lake.
