Toxics Link was invited by DoH, Uttarakhand as the technical partner of the workshop and our regional partner, Navjyoti Development Society (NDS) was also an integral part of it. All the Medical Officers (MOs) and the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Udham Singh Nagar participated in the workshop. The workshop went well with focus on various aspects of medical waste management, handling & disposal of mercury from the healthcare sector.
