Source: Hindustan Times, Date: , 2015

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) on Wednesday issued notice to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation, the Delhi Jal Board and Additional Commissioner (licensing) to decide the fate of around 70 Mahipalpur hotels facing closure for flouting pollution norms. On the next date of hearing, the green court will take up the issue of licensing with the civic agencies and the water utility. According to Ralli, the DPCC has served direction of closure notice to 71 such hotels in the Mahipalpur area.
