secretary to instruct subordinate officers in the district to assist the state

directive follows police inaction against miscreants and a section of villagers
who had resisted the clean-up of Chandrabhaga river in Suri, Birbhun as ordered
by the tribunal. At the hearing on Friday, officials of Bakreshwar Thermal
Power Station (BTPS), a unit of West Bengal Power Development Corporation Ltd
