The good news is Gurgaon has got its first aero aviation club offering fantasy
flights (motorised paragliding) with paramotor trikes at the Aravali Hills. The
flip side is it may have come at the cost of greenery. The hovering sound of the
flying paramotor trikes in Raiseena village near Anasal's Aravali Retreat, a hub
of farmhouses, has allegedly hit the peace and tranquility of the ecologically
fragile hills. In addition to the noise and air pollution, more than 4,000
plants and trees have been sacrificed for making a runway on about four acres
of land near the hills for flying these machines that use hi-octane fuel as
patrol.
