New Delhi, Nov 9, 2016 : At a time when the Haryana government is planning a slew of measures to tackle smog and high pollution levels in NCR cities, waste burning continues unabated. This is happening despite the state government imposing Section 144 CrPC across Gurgaon to prohibit garbage or waste burning that aggravates smog formation.
